Strategically partnering with Ecolab (one of the most globally recognized chemical companies), WEX uses chemical formulas specifically customized for each laundry items, together with automated chemical injection system to precisely feed chemicals to achieve consistent laundry quality.
11. How does WEX remove tough stains?
WEX uses combinations of Japan-made ultra-sonic spotting machine and steam spotting machines with 8 different kinds of chemical detergent depending on the type of spotting and material of items to effectively remove tough stains.
12. What kind of water does WEX use in the laundry process?
WEX uses only pure and chemically-treated soft water for your delicate garments to prevent color fading caused by impurities and water hardness.
13. What machines does WEX use in the laundry process?
WEX meticulously selects our machines only from well-known suppliers from various different countries including some of the newest machines from Japan.
14. How does WEX operate the dry-cleaning process?
WEX operates the dry-cleaning process with 3 different types of dry-cleaning machine to provide the best results for your delicate and priceless garments.
Perc-based dry-cleaning machine : Excellent for removing hard, tough stains
Hydro-carbon dry-cleaning machine : Best for soft-wash with delicate items such as Thai silk
Silicone dry-cleaning machine : Gently cleans items for those with sensitive skin, yet very environmentally friendly
15. Why does WEX use ozone treatment in the finishing process?
- WEX processes finished items with high-level ozone to eliminate bacteria and viruses, as well as odors.
- Since ozone changes back to oxygen after its reaction, it is eco-friendly.
